工作职责：

1、按照总经理和销售经理完成公司销售战略方案，制定组织实施业务拓展计划；

2、维护以及发展已有的和新建立的客户关系，维护已有客户的日常关系。

3、 进行季度总结，回顾每个客户的业绩状况并解决相关问题。

4、鉴别并参加适用的行业会议，通过做市场活动等提高公司形象。

5、开展企业形象宣传和对外公关活动，为企业各项战略实施营造良好的外部环境；

6、按时提交公司销售实施现状报告、发展计划报告；

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，至少2年以上物流、货运或相关行业销售管理、经营管理经验。

2、敏锐的市场洞察力、优秀的项目组织能力和市场开拓能力；严谨的策划组织能力，沟通能力、商务谈判能力；良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，有很强的感召力和凝聚力，责任心、事业心强。

3、熟悉物流、货运企业业务、市场和运作流程。

4、具有先进的管理理念以及很强的战略制定与实施能力,有广泛的客户资源和社会资源。

Responsibilites:

Collect and analyze current corporate account profile and the status of accounts in the current market.

Develop new business opportunities.

Work with new corporate clients and management to develop implementation plan.

Attend all related meetings as sponsored by the government or other networking events.

Maintain relationship with the clients .

Managing existing client relationships on a day to day basis, carrying out client meetings to ensure additional business/revenue opportunities are being identified and for the resolution of any operational issues Carrying out Monthly Reviews with each client dealing with the performance of the account and any issues relating to it

Requirements:

college or bachelor degree

Native Chinese speaker

At least 2 years business development experience (better if in relocation, moving or logistics industries)

Excellent English written and spoken communication Can work in team and under pressure
