岗位职责：

1、根据客户或信用证要求制作全套出口单证，按报关的要求制作报关单证；

2、熟悉操作与领取一般产地证，优惠产地证。CO, F/E，F/A等；

3、船务清关文件制作，熟悉信用证，根据L/C制作单据；

4、联系货代核对提单；负责安排出货和跟进订舱、送货及报关等全套工作，确保货物顺利出运；

5、协助业务提供各种单据以完成合同的整个交易环节；

6、针对需商检产品提前做报检资料；

7、及时了解海关及商务局的各种最新规定；

8、整理收集清关文件安排寄客户或交单银行(D/P、D/A、L/C)。单据管理等；

9、保险费用核对并申请费用支付；

10、上级交办的其他相关工作。

任职要求：

1、 大专学历以上，英语听说熟练，看得懂相关的单证文件；

2、能熟练操作ERP系统及Office办公软件系统；

3、有贸易出口相关工作经验优先：熟悉国际贸易相关操作细节；精通外贸单证相关知识（例如信用证，报关，核销退税等）；

4、较好的条理性、工作细心主动、责任心强，具有较强的团队精神；

5、沟通能力好，服务意识强。
