General Description / 综合要求：

· Be responsible for planning and conducting automated and manual tests to ensure the hardware and firmware meets the design requirements of the product. / 负责制定测试计划并且执行和完成各种自动化或者手工测试，以确保产品的硬件和软件都能符合设计要求。

· Design and construct test fixtures as required. / 设计并且构造各种测试夹具。

· Record test data of the product showing conformance or non-conformance to the product design requirements. / 记录测试数据并且拟具书面测试报告。

· Work with firmware developers and validation engineers / 与软件工程师和验证工程师合作。

· Experienced with use of engineering lab electronic test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, temperature indicating instruments, power supplies, etc. / 具备研发实验室测试设备的操作经验，比如万用表，示波器，恒温箱，温度显示仪器以及交直流电源等等。

· Support the design engineers on certification process and interface with UL, CSA, and Intertek correspondence on project milestones. /在产品的UL或者CSA认证过程中协助设计工程师以完成认证。

· Support plant engineer for samples, pilot runs and mass production in manufacturing. / 协助产线工程师以确保制造部门的试样，试生产以及大货生产顺利进行。

· Support Quality team when faced with quality problems with existing products. / 协助质量部门处理现有产品的质量投诉

Assist the design engineers to evaluate suspect products and provide written reports to Quality department on root cause analysis. / 协助设计工程师评估问题产品并且提供根本原因的分析报告给到质量部门

Work experience requirements / 工作经验要求：

· 2 years’ minimum (3 years preferred) in hardware/firmware electrical product testing or similar role. / 至少两年产品硬件或者软件测试经验或者类似角色（3年更好）

· Understand the uses and methods of testing. / 理解测试原理和方法。

· Experience on testing SMPS and/or LED driver is preferred. / 有开关电源和LED驱动的相关测试经验更好

· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. / 具有批判者思维和解决问题的能力。

· Willingness to be a team player. / 有团队合作精神。

· Familiar with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel and Outlook. / 熟悉微软办公软件的操作，Word，Excel和Outlook。

· Basic English on reading and writing. CET-6 certification is preferred. / 基本的英文理解和书写能力。有大学英文6级证书更好。

Education requirements / 学历要求：

· Majored in Electronics or electrical related discipline. Technical secondary school or higher level with at least 1 year working experience in repair field, technician or similar technical role as plus. / 职业学校电子工程类专业或者有相关培训经历，并且具备至少一年的相关工作经验

· If bachelor degree in electronic related field, no working experience required. / 电子工程类专业本科毕业则对工作经验方面要求相应放宽。
