1. Purpose of position

   负责管理指定区域内的客户和商业活动。

   Responsible for managing clients and commercial activities in the assigned area.

    

2. Reporting Line

   销售经理直接向销售总监汇报工作。

   The Sales Manager directly reports to the National Sales Manager for China.

    

3. Missions and Responsibilities

• 1.  开拓市场，发展潜在客户并挖掘潜在需求转化为订单

  Develop market, potential customers and tap potential demand into orders

• 2.  收集行业信息，掌握市场动态，及时反馈并提出应对的策略和建议

  Collect industry information, grasp market dynamics, timely feedback and give suggestions.

• 3.  了解和分析竞争对手产品及销售情况，对公司产品、服务或政策提出建议

  Understand and analyze competitors'products and sales, and make suggestions on          company products, services or policies.

• 4.  维护好现有客户，保持良好客户关系，跟进后续需求

  Maintain existing customers and keep good relationships, follow-up needs

• 5.  掌握专业技术知识，支持和配合服务团队，快速响应和解决客户提出的问题

  Good understanding of technical knowledge, support and cooperate with service team, respond quickly and solve customer's problems.

• 6.  定期汇报销售活动和结果给管理层，如电话报告、工作计划及项目分析等负责销售总监不时委派的其他工作；

  Being responsible for other duties which may be delegated from time to time by the National Sales Manager for China;

 

Relations & Environment

• 与萨尔瓦尼中国的客户和前景进行日常联系；

  Daily contact with customers and prospects of Salvagnini China;

• 与萨尔瓦尼亚中国其他部门的日常联系；

  Daily contact with other departments of Salvagnini China;

• 与萨尔瓦尼尼集团总部（意大利）和姊妹公司保持联系；

  Maintain contact with Salvagnini Group HQ (Italy) and sister companies;

   

  Requirements

• 本科及以上学历，机械工程类相关专业

  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience;

• 具有3年以上相关B2B业务销售经验

  More than 3 years of relevant B2B business sales experience

• 熟悉钣金行业的应用及相关工艺者优先。

             Familiar with the application of sheet metal industry and related processes are preferred

• 良好的组织能力，较强的沟通和谈判能力

  Good organizational skills, strong communication and negotiation skills

• 流利的中英文书写和口语，能与总部有效沟通；

  Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English, able to efficiently liaise with HQ;
