Responsibilities: 

• Administrate school information system to ensure it works effective and efficient. 管理学校信息系统，以确保其有效运行。
• Coordinate with outside vendor for the installation and testing of the student information system for the purpose of ensuring expected results before applying changes to the end users. 与外部供应商协调，安装和测试学生信息系统，在正式对外使用之前确保预期的结果。
• Coordinate database and system activities ( e.g. attendance, cataloging, access privileges, user account create, report) for the purpose of running report cards and system security协调数据库和系统活动（包括：考勤、访问权限、创建用户帐户、报告）。保证成绩单的生成和系统安全性。
• Assist Administrators, Teachers, Parents, Students, Department Staff (e.g. trouble shooting program and data support) for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities. 协助学校管理层、教师、家长、学生和员工的故障排除或者数据支持，以协助他们完成工作活动。
• Maintain database program website (e.g. parent portal access) for the purpose of providing current electronic media to the public维护网站数据库（例如，家长门户访问），以向公众提供最新的电子版信息。
• Run maintenance programs daily, weekly and monthly for the purpose of ensuring efficient program operations. Perform regular database and system backup to ensure school business continuity. 每天、每周和每月运行维护程序，以确保程序有效运行。进行定期的数据库和系统备份，确保学校业务的连续性。
• Manage SIS database (e.g. integrate data systems, update system design, complete dataset extraction, etc.) for the purpose of achieving optimal use of data and maintaining data integrity. 管理SIS数据库（例如，集成数据系统、系统更新、数据提取等），实现对数据的***利用并保持数据完整性。
• Troubleshoot malfunction of database system for the purpose of resolving operational issues and restoring service解决数据库系统故障，以解决问题和恢复服务。

Requirements: 

• Tertiary and higher education in computer science, have good English speaking, reading and writing skills; 计算机科学的大专和高等教育，具有良好的英语听说读写能力；
• 2 years of relevant IT work experience in operation and maintenance on database;
• Familiar with MySQL and Microsoft Excel 2年有关数据库操作和维护的相关IT工作经验；
• Understand the relevant technical solutions availability (HA), database clusters, MYSQL zoning and other related technologies; 了解相关的技术解决方案可用性（HA），数据库集群，MYSQL分区和其他相关技术；
