1.机械设计相关专业毕业；

2.熟悉机械原理、机械结构、机械加工工艺，精通气动元件、电机、丝杆导轨及其他自动化元件的选型与使用；

3.能独立完成非标自动化设备整机研发设计

5.有电子、数控机床行业非标自动化设备设计经验优先

6.熟练操作Proe、CREO、CAD机械设计软件

7.能吃苦耐劳，有较强的责任心和抗压能力，工作效率高，有团队合作精神，沟通能力强。 

8.应届毕业生或有相关工作经验者皆可
