Under general supervision, provides regional pre-sales and post-sales technical support and professional services to sales, marketing, partners and customers. The incumbent is responsible for seamless product and/or solution services sales to reach the companies billing and profitability targets and ensure satisfied clients. 

• Handles all technical aspects related to the sales, delivery and use of RFID products

• Works closely with customers, sales, customer service, technology, product management, quality and operations to ensure products meet requirements and are specified and used correctly

• Supports customer's technical enquiries and claims including field support if necessary 

• Assists in the development of sales offers after technical qualification of client needs

• Solves complex problems and provides guidance to personnel with less knowledge

• Conducts technical evaluation of own and competitive products on an ongoing basis

• Handles cases (Claims and Remarks), including on-site solving

• Monitors and analyses the technical performance of the company‘s current products

职位要求：

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science (or equivalent)

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Support Engineer or Field Application Manager, within the field of RFID inlays and labels,conversion, industrial machinery, automation equipment, motion controls, and/or industrial end devices

• Highly energetic and self-starter

• High degree of self-motivation and ambition

• Out of the box thinking, and can work under pressure
