岗位名称: 市场营销助理Category Assistant (此职位工作地点:佛山高明更合镇(公司周一周五有穿梭巴士或小车往返广东多地)
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing/Product Management; experience in fashion and lifestyle categories would be preferable.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and precision.
4. Excellent communication skills; fluency in spoken and written English (overseas education background)& Mandarin, spoken Cantonese would be advantageous.
5. Lighting/Electrical knowledge would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
1. Database: Review, correction, and upkeep of product database with the database management team & Merchandising, prior to pricelist circulations.
2. Key Production documents maintenance related to products; Materials List and Group Materials Specifications, Permutations Sheet, Material Standards.
3. Innovation: work with Category Manager to discuss strategic input and development of new product strategy for each brand. Then continued follow up of the product creation process during the year for all new innovation and launches – supporting and working across all departments as needed. With an aim to take the lead for the Lighting & Accessories sub-category.
4. Ongoing Product Follow up: maintenance of the products, any production issues, quality issues, costing/pricing changes, ECRNs, etc.
5. COD: continue management of COD product development process and liaison with Sales Team/Committee/Design/PD.
6. Range Reviews: Gathering relevant reports from BI to develop delisting proposal for the review of Category Management & Merchandising. Upon agreement; creating communication for range review, and compiling product list for delisting to share with database management team
7. Marketing Support: website database management (update with newness and delisting to adding/removing online), social media and website calendar review, campaign support, and other ad hoc as needed from Marketing team.
8. Marketing Collaterals: Reviewing and annotating tear sheets and catalogues for brands as requested; working with the Marketing team to get all the details.
9. Trade Shows: ongoing support to Category Manager for trade show assortment planning, floor planning, changes as needed.
10. Competitive Benchmarking: reviewing of market at regular intervals, compiling reports for innovation inclusion and analysis, keeping up to date with key catalogues, creating and maintaining document regarding price plotting for key categories.
11. To develop expertise in the product portfolio & market.
12. Monthly reporting: downloading reports from BI tool, updating presentation with monthly figures, formatting as required, and sharing with Category Management for commentary input.
13. Ad hoc reports as requested.

Halo is a global furniture company. It established in 1976 in the United Kingdom by Major Philip Oulton, Halo started as an antiques store in Hale, England. Halo Antiques. Before that, the store had relied on a painted truck which rolled around between old estates picking up exquisite examples of craftsmanship to on sell to interested buyers.
With interest coming from overseas, in 2004, Timothy Oulton, the Major’s son established the international arm of the business in Hong Kong, Halo Asia, to support expanding worldwide distribution. Gathering unique materials and craftsmanship skills, the workshops began the production of hand finished vintage inspired leathers, upholstery and cabinetry collections.
In 2010 Halo Touch was established, embarking on a journey to further evolve the unique hand finished vintage leather collection.
In 2013, Timothy Oulton opened its Harrods store in London, signaling the beginning of a worldwide expansion that continues today. That same year, Halo Est 1976 was launched in the UK, offering a timeless collection of handcrafted furniture and lighting distributed through a global wholesale network.
In 2016, Halo launched Timothy Oulton Studio, a bespoke interiors and construction design studio specializing in hospitality projects. Notable projects include members’ club 1880 in Singapore, and Gough’s on Gough in Hong Kong, the first restaurant by Timothy Oulton, which opened in 2017.
Today, Halo Creative and Design continues to actively design new product ranges and enter new categories and is proud to count among its customers some of the world’s best brands and retailers.
