广州招聘

1、   负责真核细胞的表达载体构建、瞬转、稳转、克隆筛选、细胞库建立等相关工作； 

2、   负责进行相关设备物品的管理维护，撰写相关的SOP文件，进行实验数据的规范记录，完成技术报告的撰写；

3、   负责细胞库的质量检测事宜，评估细胞库的稳定性以及基因拷贝数研究等工作；

4、   撰写申报资料的相关内容； 

5、   参与细胞培养工艺开发的研究工作；

6、   上级安排的其他工作内容。

 

岗位要求： 

1.      生物工程、生物化学等相关专业， 本科及以上学历； 

2.      1年以上CHO细胞株开发经验，熟练掌握CHO稳定细胞株开发流程中的各项工作； 

3.      具有熟练的细胞培养无菌操作技能，具备相关设备和物品的无菌管控意识；

4.      同时能熟练掌握表达载体的构建操作者优先，例如：酶切，酶联，转化，扩增，质粒提取，质粒线性化，结果验证等工作；

5.      具有相关文件与报告的撰写经验者优先；

6.      自我学习能力强，能主动发现问题和分析问题，工作细致负责、有耐心，有良好沟通合作意识。
