1.    独立承担多特异性抗体以及重组蛋白药物前期研发的表达纯化、活性筛选和分析表征工作；
2.    根据项目团队和研究主管的要求，对实验内容进行细化，形成具体方案和标准操作流程并执行；
3.    根据工作需要撰写方案和方法，按照实验记录标准整理实验数据及撰写实验报告，向项目团队和主管按时汇报工作进展并对遇到的问题进行及时反馈；
4.    与CRO和公司内部其它部门紧密合作沟通以推动抗体和蛋白药物研发项目的顺利进行；
 
任职要求：
1.    分子生物学、生物化学或结构生物学相关专业硕士三年及以上学历，有抗体和大分子蛋白药物工业界研发经验者优先；
2.    熟悉分子生物常用操作和技术，如载体构建，分子克隆，实时定量PCR，ELISA等分子生物学或生物化学实验；了解抗体或者蛋白三维结构或有过晶体结构培养解析者优先；
3.    熟悉原核或者真核表达系统，熟练掌握蛋白层析纯化原理以及小规模蛋白纯化（亲和、离子交换以及尺寸排阻色谱等）以及分析表征（SDS-PAGE/CE-SDS, SEC-HPLC等）；熟悉使用蛋白纯化仪（如AKTA）者优先；
4.    有良好的动手能力和分析解决问题能力，具有团队协作精神，学习能力强，积极主动，踏实肯干，能够承受一定工作压力；
