JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Account Manager plays an essential role in disseminate information to all team members as appropriate. We expect this person to ensure agency team and client are kept up-to-date as appropriate on work in progress items, competitive activity, production schedules and costs/issues etc. To gain the trust and respect of client counterparts. Be someone that the client counts on, can turn to and whose opinion is valued.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

? Be the primary contact with the client.

? Work closely with planning and creative team to convey client needs and ensure objectives are met

? Putting strategy and action plan decisions into actions

? Ensure work delivery is on schedule, on brief, on quality

? Solve problems and overcome obstacles

? Develop presentations and proposals when needed

? Thorough review of all internal and external correspondence to stay fully aware of all details pertaining to campaigns.

? Responsible for client invoicing

? Manage and coach the team

? Contribute to overall strategy, reviews and innovation

? Actively encourage and assist the development of teammates

? Develop key contacts with client on Brand Manager above level and lead large and complex projects

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

? Bachelor degree, major in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration is preferred

? Above 4 years relevant experience

? Solid Account Management skills

? Detail oriented but can see, and analyze the big picture

? Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator

? Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well

? Good command of English
