职位描述：

1. 打电话给潜在学员，体验免费课及销售英语课程

2. 可以选择出去做市场推广，或者利用自媒体或网络渠道、其它等渠道及方法进行推广达成销售目标，只要能达成销售目标

具体要求：

1. 有一定销售经验优先

2. 至少1年以上工作经验

   符合如下条件之一者优先考虑：

1. 有培训行业、招生、一对一咨询经验；

2. 有销售经验、有教英语经验者

待遇：

１． 基本工资 + 绩效奖 + 良好的英语学习机会

２． 工作时间：09:00-12:00 14:00-18:00 周一至周六上班，周日休息

３． 试用期后购买社保

美街的外教老师主要分为两大类：母语国家老师（英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、爱尔兰等母语老师）与非英语为母语国家老师（菲律宾等国），美街外教英语选择***的在职学校外教，教育师范类外教以及有Professional Teacher License外教；而不是普通简单TESOL, TEFL证书，她/他们具有一定的教学经验，风趣幽默、有爱心、善于掌握学生的心理特点，以游戏、图片、实践情景等方式进行教学。方式活泼有趣、发音标准清晰。对于英语口语课程，美街采用8/2公式教学法，80%时间学生说，20%时间外教引导纠正、培养兴趣！从中国学生开口难的弱点出发、对症下药、做到个性化教学！
