1.    在团队主管带领下建立体外和体内药理学检测方法和平台，包括前期文献调研，方法学建立及方案制定；
2.    负责实验室体外细胞培养，细胞库维护，基因转染等功能性细胞株的建立；数据处理分析；
3.    在团队及主管带领下推动和落实体内实验造模及检测平台的建立，及与CRO和公司内部其它部门紧密合作推动药物研发项目顺利进行；
4.    参与实验室人员培训，实验室规范管理；
5.    按照实验记录标准整理实验数据及撰写实验报告，向项目团队和主管按时汇报工作进展并对遇到的问题进行及时反馈。
 
任职要求：
1.    分子或细胞生物学、生物化学、生理学及药理学等相关专业硕士以上学历，有至少五年及以上实验室实际操作经验，有体外细胞功能检测和（或）动物实验经验者优先；有与骨骼关节肌肉方面研究经验者优先；
2.    熟悉和掌握药物分析常用手段和技术，如但不限于细胞培养及转染、增殖和凋亡、基因表达调控、间质染色，实时定量RT-PCR，WB蛋白表达，ELISA检测，血清检测，动物组织分离、组织切片包埋、免疫荧光组化等；
3.    熟练掌握微软Office软件系统，及统计学分析软件的使用；
4.    有较强的英语听、读写能力、较强的动手能力和分析解决问题能力，英语口语表达较佳者优先；
5.    具有团队协作精神，学习能力强，积极主动，踏实肯干，能够承受一定工作压力。
