任职要求

· 计算机技术或相关专业学士学位

· 至少4年以上软件开发经验

· 2年以上软件开发主管工作经验

· 熟悉Java、Python、C++、C#、PHP或其他编程语言

· 精通主流公有云计算服务平台，如阿里云、Azure、AWS、GCP等

· 有团队代码库协同工作经验

· 具备良好的编码风格

· 有代码审计工作经验

· 具备良好的沟通能力

· 有成为团队核心贡献者的强烈愿望

· 对质量保证（QA）有深入了解者优先

· 有游戏从业经验者优先

· 愿意与不同地区的同事跨时区紧密合作

· 熟练粤语和英语者更佳

Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain back-end of a deployed large-scale web service applications.

· Execute high level troubleshooting.

· Effectively balance technical leadership and software engineering individual contributor responsibilities.

· Directly or indirectly drive back-end maintenance and provide architectural and technical guidance.

· Research and drive innovation within back-end development process to ensure the development team execute rapidly.

· Work close with other technical leaders, project managers and team to manage scope, risk, and timelines, effectively communicating decisions to the team.

· Onboard, develop and manage back-end engineers.

· Evaluate, organize and prioritize feedback from our support team.

· Maintain documentation of processes in area of responsibility.

· Deliver high quality, well-designed, maintainable solutions in an agile environment.

· Provide support and work with geographically distributed internal development team and 3rd party vendors and partners across the globe.

· Effectively manage assigned tasks to support on-time feature and product delivery.

· Contribute to technical planning, architecture decisions and solving emergent technical challenges.

· Ensure resolving issues will not compromise performance, security and functional requirements.

· Advocate for improvements in code and culture.

· Prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

· BS in Computer Science or related degree required.

· Minimum 4+ years software development experience.

· At least 2 years of experience in a software development leadership role.

· Knowledge in Java, Python, C++, C#, PHP or similar language.

· Experience with public cloud hosting services (Azure/AWS/GCP).

· Experience working in collaborative codebases in a team environment.

· Experience writing and maintain consistent, readable, developer-friendly code.

· Participate in code reviews.

· Strong communication skills.

· Possess a strong desire to be an impactful contributor on our team.

· Good understanding of QA a plus.

· Games experience a plus.

· Must be willing to work in Orlando, FL and to work closely with different time zones around the globe.

· English/Cantonese language a plus
