Objective:

The Zero Loss Culture Leader is accountable to guide and advance the sites(GZ/SH/BJ) through the Phases of the Zero Loss Culture journey. 

The central focus of the site Zero Loss Culture Leader is to model, coach and develop capability across the site, through the site Pillar team structure. 

The Zero Loss Culture Leader needs to demonstrate safety and engaging leader behaviors required to implement, sustain and scale a high performing organization to deliver against the site compelling business need.  

This role will partner heavily with the Site Manager, Site Leadership Team and will be the primary contact to the Regional Zero Loss Culture Leader to develop the required strategies and plans for high performance culture and results.

Resposibility:

Primary point of contact to the Region Pillar team for logistics in guiding the site through the Zero Loss Culture Journey in alignment with the region pace plan

Responsible for seeking best practices from other sites to support the Zero Loss Culture Journey

Lead the process for establishing all site Pillar teams and an ongoing cadence of regular meetings 

Provide coaching and oversight for all site Pillar teams

Leads the site process for development and deployment of the CBN, strategies, and masterplan.

Owns the development of the site Zero Loss journey map with the Leadership Pillar Team (phase progression timing and expectations)

Owns and orchestrates the phase assessment process for the site ensuring all pillars are progressing against the Zero Loss Journey timing.

Partners with the Site Leadership Team and pillar teams across the site to provide direct leadership in developing capability across the site.  

Leads centralized tracking of site results relative to the workforce transformation and supports the Leadership Pillar Leader in the review process with the Region Leadership Pillar.
