1、负责ceo日常行程的合理安排与提示；

2、完成公司ceo日常指派的工作，协助部门行使协调公司各部门之间的日常沟通、信息传递，和工作部署落实；

3、参与协助与组织公司层面各项会议，做好会议笔译及其他笔译工作；

4、负责公司涉外接待工作，洽谈时现场口译以及陪同对外会议；

5、上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、日语专业；

2、熟练掌握听，说，读，写等基本技能，有一定的翻译基础，能够用日语进行熟练沟通；

3、1-3年相关工作经验，具有大型公司部门助理或管理者助理/秘书等相关工作经验优先
