1、根据客户的营销策略，了解客户品牌内涵，把握客户需求；

2、协助媒介总监完成媒介方案，为客户提供媒介策略及资源建议；

3、实施、维护、执行、优化媒介项目；

4、了解行业趋势及媒体新资源及案例，熟悉digital和传统媒介优先。

任职要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，一年以上digital/传统媒介工作经验，熟悉媒介流程；

2. 有国外媒介（如Google, YouTube, Facebook等）策划和购买经验优先考虑；

3. 有汽车客户服务经验优先考虑；

4. 有中国品牌全球推广项目经验优先考虑；

5. 能熟练使用PPT，沟通能力好，可以独立提案优先考虑；

6. 有熟练英文阅读理解能力优先考虑；

7. 踏实肯干，能承受较强的工作压力，责任心强，能高质高效地完成工作；

8. 有4A广告公司工作经验者优先考虑。
