Job Title: Central Freight Operations-Enterprise

你的工作职责：

  

Work closely with Operational team, handle various Sea Freight export documents

  

紧密协助操作同事, 处理各种类型海运货物出口文件

  

Create Consol/shipment on Cargowise according to worksheet from operational team

  

根据操作同事提供的货物信息，于操作系统创建或更新业务记录

  

Prepare HBL draft and verify HBL with Shipper/Supplier

  

制作货代提单及对单

  

Ensure invoice to customer / Agent are issued timely and accurately

  

及时准确地出具账单给客人或代理

  

Submit SI to carrier and ensure deadlines are achieved

  

及时准确提交补料给承运人

  

Follow up B/L release and invoice issue.

  

跟进放单及账单发票事宜

  

Upload relevant docs in Cargowise

  

及时上传相关文件至公司系统

  

E-mail correspondence with overseas Agents/branch offices concerning documentation matter.

  

任何文件相关问题，及时与国外代理或分公司同事沟通

  

Ensure pre-alerts are send over on time

  

及时发送预报

  

Update PO data according to each client’s SOP

  

根据不同客人的标准操作流程录入/更新客人订单数据

  

Keep checking KPIs whether complete all processes on time.

  

随时关注工作进程及关键指标，确保及时准确完成各步骤

  

我们期待的你：

Knowledge or experience of Freight Forwarding is preferred

有货代行业基础知识或工作经验者优先

Experience with logistics system, preferably Cargowise

有货代操作系统尤其是Cargowise使用经验者优先

College graduated or above

大专或以上  

CET 4, good at reading and writing in English

英文四级或以上， 具备一定的英文读写能力， 可与国外代理或国外同事邮件沟通

Ability to use basic computer softwares including Excel, Outlook essential skills

熟悉excel，outlook使用

Good organizational and time-management skills

良好的组织能力和时间管理能力  

Detail oriented

注重细节

Teamwork spirit

团队协作精神 

Can do attitude

良好 的工作态度

Ability to work well under pressure
