岗位职责：

1、负责日常业务结算对账，财务核算和账务处理工作

2、负责内部各部门的工作对接、服务、协调和沟通，促进公司经营计划的实施与达成

3、出具管理报表，对报表进行分析及预测，懂得合理规避风险，制定有效风险预警

4、参与编制预算，协助分析预算执行情况

5、保管好各类财务凭证、资料，定期归档

6、完成领导交给的其他工作

任职要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理、税务、审计等经济类专业；财务专业知识全面，熟悉国家相关的财务、税务、审计法规和政策；

2、有中级职称；持CPA证或CPA考试已过五科者、税务师证优先；

3、至少三年以上工作经验，互联网/电子商务行业工作经验优先；

4、熟练掌握Excel函数、数据分析软件，对数据敏感，有较好的文字、数据、图表呈现能力；

5、使用过ERP系统（如oracle、用友、金蝶），英语四级及以上，懂日语优先；

6、具有良好的沟通能力、团队精神、工作态度、学习能力，乐于挑战，适应出差，具有较强的抗压能力；热爱动漫，了解动漫文化优先。
