1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. At least 5 years solid experience, related background on planning, purchasing, supply chain and trading is preferred

3. Be familiar with SAP system;

4. Good command of both written and spoken English.

Responsibility

<Overall>

1. Overall responsible for production planning, purchasing, import/export and customs activities smoothly running and finally to achieve department goal

2. Trouble shooting for daily operation and enquiries;

3. Focus on details and make continuously improvement on efficiency, cost and service.

4. Update and upgrade operation procedure

5. Appraise the performance of subordinates and provide on-job training, coaching and development

6. Accomplish other tasks assigned by department manager.

<Planning>

1. Schedule SAP daily planned order, capacity levelling and weekly release production order;

2. Analyse on-time production, replenish rate, over/under consumption, and control extra stock made;

3. Coordinate between customer service and production to satisfy sales requirements;

4. Share weekly local plant capacity utility status with Global Planning Team to optimize global capacity usage;

5. Analyse production specifications and plant capacity, and coordinate with related departments to ensure that

all required resources and materials are available for the sales orders;

6. Review reordering point, min. order qty, purchasing lead time with purchaser to plan proper level of material

for supporting the production plan;

7. Monitor raw materials & packaging stock and make material purchasing plan;

8. Responsible for SAP material master dada, BOM, routing creation and maintenance ;

9. Analyse and solve KPI and SAP PP problems;

< supervision on purchasing and customs>

1. Plan and manage the purchasing function to ensure that all necessary materials are on hand when required and in accordance with production forecast, within budget and inventory constraints, and in accordance with company policy;

2. Supplier development, assessment and management, maintain a healthy, mutually supportive relationship with suppliers, to ensure good service and reasonable prices;

3. Continuously improvement on purchase performance of cost, lead time, payment terms, service, etc.

4. Ensure all import and export activities are planned ahead and managed through customs, following all customs procedures correctly and without undue delays;

5. Monitor customs handbook balance, maintain records of import and export to satisfy all customs and other legal requirements;

6. Supervise daily customs clearance process make sure the entire operation is completely in line with customs regulation;

7. Customs risk minimization or avoidance by internal audit and correction
