1.负责亚马逊业务团队的运营管理/销售管理，达成公司的业绩指标；

2.负责运营公司亚马逊账号、保证所负责账号的安全稳定，维护账号好评率和信用度；

3.策划、执行账户的推广计划和营销活动；

4.通过各种销售方法和市场策略提升帐号的业绩，有效实施站外渠道推广和引流；

5.调查分析市场及竞争对手状况，调整推广计划以及销售策略，

6.定期统计销售数据、库存数据等，通过调整销售策略，保持较好的库存周转率；

职位要求：

1.大专以上学历，熟练掌握英语；

2.两年以上亚马逊平台运营经验，申请主管职位的，至少1年团队管理经验；

3.了解亚马逊政策和规定，熟悉亚马逊市场上产品开发方法及技巧；

4.熟悉亚马逊各项政策，对维护和管理帐号安全有丰富经验；

5.了解亚马逊搜索排名规则，产品类别细分规则，后台日常维护等等；

6.具良好的团队合作精神，抗压能力强，有开拓创新精神。
