工作职责:

1. 负责学校工程筹备工作，与工程部对接工程建设细节；

2. 负责学校设备运营工作，制定适合学校运营的相关SOP；

3. 负责各类物质的招标，以及招标文件范本、评标标准等工具的建立；

4. 负责学校采购管理工作，修订及完善采购审批流程、出入库单据及其他仓库管理单据，制作、编写各类采购指标的统计报表；

5. 建立供应商资源库，负责供应商开发、组织相关人员参与供应商考核、入库及管理；

6. 负责与供应商询价、比价、议价、采购条款的拟定和谈判，对供应商资质、物资质量进行把控；

7. 负责市场行情的调查、动态资讯收集、整理，及时更新市场价格，保证供应成本最优。

任职资格:

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限；有3年及以上教育行业采购经验优先；

2、有良好的沟通协调能力，优秀的人际交往能力，有对外合作、商务谈判等经验；

3、具有敬业精神，组织协调能力和沟通能力强，有责任心，工作积极主动；

4、具备一定的数据分析能力，能熟练进行数据分析，熟练掌握excel等办公软件。
