3. 有良好的沟通管理能力，可独立招聘培训及管理市场推广员团队,有曾经招聘及管理经验者优先；

4.熟练操作excel等办公软件；

5. 大专及本科，应届毕业生，有志投身市场营销和教育业，愿意在行业***平台自我学习成长者；

工作职责:

1. 寻找各种招聘渠道,负责招聘及培训活动专员,管理团队;

2. 负责安排活动专员工作，对其推广工作进行指导并监督现场工作

3. 对活动专员登记意向客户的资料信息进行整理

4. 独立洽谈商务合作活动合作及活动执行

5. 配合学校和市场部的日常工作

6. 每周向主管汇报工作情况,进行分析总结,提出推广活动的建议和意见
