岗位职责：

1. 负责海外代理的海空运询价、报价及跟进相关业务；

2. 积极推广我司的价格和服务，协助航线主管维护及开发海外代理；

3. 维护和跟进海外代理/销售的指定货和自揽货, 与操作部配合跟进每票货物的进展；

4. 处理工作中的突发事件，以及上级安排的其他事务。

 

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，英语、物流管理或国际贸易等相关专业；

2、英语六级或以上；

3、能熟练操作各类办公软件；

4、工作主动、思维敏捷、品行端正、责任感强;

5、有团队协作精神。

Overseas Division Coordinator

 

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for the ocean/air inquiry and offer of our overseas partners, and relevant follow-ups;

2. Promote the ocean/air service and assist the division manager to maintain and develop overseas partners;

3. Follow up and maintain the nominated/consigned cargoes from/to our overseas partners, and follow up the progress with operation dept. for space booking, loadings and customs declaration, etc;

4. Deal with the cargo exceptions with overseas partners, ensuring the orderly and smooth operation of all import and export goods;

5. Complete the other tasks assigned by the division manager and report to her on time.

 

Requirement:

Bachelor or above degree, international logistics or international trade majors are preferred.  

CET 6 or above, proficient in office software;

With more than 2 years experience in international logistics or international trade;

Strong sense of team spirit;

Responsible, enthusiastic and initiative, with good communication skills.
