RECRUITMENT FOR EXPERIENCED SHIPPING DEPARTMENT !!

 

An Overseas Company in Guangzhou, is looking for a person experienced in handling shipping and banking. Candidate must have the following qualifications:

 

1. Candidate must be fluent in ENGLISH (speaking as well as in writing).

2. Candidate must be computer literate.

3. Candidate must be able to prepare all documents (invoice, packing list etc)

4. Candidate must be well versed with custom declaration, shipping and complete logistic process (air and sea shipments) and must be able to co-ordinate to get goods from different vendors, warehousing and loading process.

5. Candidate must be able to negotiate the documents with the banks and must be able to maintain records of each and every shipment. 

6. Must have knowledge of opening and receiving Letter of credits.

7. Candidate must be able to handle the shipments in the most economical way.

8. Candidate must be hard working and responsible.

9. Candidate must be able to reply emails and follow instructions.
