responsibilities:
-shall abide by the policies and procedures of the
company.
-shall render full cooperation and assistance to all merchandising
accounts, requirements and inquiries.
-shall attend to clients in purchasing
and negotiating quotations of goods in the market.
-shall coordinate with
suppliers for the timely completion and delivery of approved items and
specifications.
-shall render full cooperation and assistance to all
documentation, shipping, sourcing and other related paperwork accounts,
requirements and inquiries.
-shall able to furnish invoices, packing lists,
proforma invoices and other related documents.
-shall diligently pay shop
and factory visits for quality control of products on order.
-shall able to
negotiate efficiently.
-shall able to perform other administrative functions
as advised.
