岗位职责： 

1. 制作空运单证及其它相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用，安排***事宜； 

2. 负责与客户洽谈，接收订单以及安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜； 

3. 及时处理、汇报各种操作中出现的异常情况和处理情况，或及时提供处理方案给领导层 选用；

4. 客户投诉、纠纷的处理及上级交办的其他相关工作。

***操作经验丰富优先考虑***

任职要求：

1.有货代同行管理工作经验可优先录用，熟悉国际货运代理行业的整套流程, 精通空运，海运，指定货进出口的操作流程； 

2. 大专及以上学历，物流管理，国际贸易或货运代理等相关专业；

3.良好的英语听说读写能力，具备大学英语四级或以上水平； 

4. 具备良好团队合作精神，具备较强的责任心，富有工作激情和热情，勇于面对工作压力。
