RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
? Creating tactical plans that are based on overall strategies and following through;
? Putting strategy and action plan decisions into action, maintaining constant contacts with clients;
? Understanding and upholding company's mission and values.
? Provide insightful and comprehensive digital communication solutions.
? Confidently present and participate in client meetings in English and Mandarin, both having and articulating a clear POV.
? Priorities tasks and appropriately delegate to individual members of the team, ensuring they are given adequate time, resource and are sufficiently trained to execute tasks like reporting: campaign launch, campaign end, monthly & weekly with high quality and consistency.
? Support the Director by delivering quality output in a timely manner and acting as a mentor to junior employees.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
? At least 5 years proven experience of account service or planning position in digital / media agency, consulting company (4A agency is preferred);
? Work experience with Auto/IT/luxury marketing/ brand teams preferred;
? Degree in marketing, advertising, business administration preferred;
? Good at proposal writing & presentation skills;
? Good at English reading & writing.
