岗位职责：

1、负责收银员的全面管理工作，包括对收银员收银工作的日常检查、巡查工作，收银员的收银业务、外语等业务培训工作，负责收银员的排班、考核等行政管理工作等。 

2、参与制定及修改收银业务工作手册及其他相关制度。

3、参与完善新业务的收银操作流程及规范。

4、负责收银业务的消防安全、资金完全管理工作。

5、负责商户相关人员统一收银业务培训工作。

6、处理其他与收银业务有密切关系的工作。

任职要求：

1、中专以上学历，3年以上收银员或出纳工作经验 ，其中1年以上同等职位工作经验。

2、较全面较系统的银行及货币方面知识。

3、熟悉企业收银管理流程。

4、具有良好的分析能力，思维敏捷，能独立解决问题。

5、工作耐心细致，责任感强，具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。

6、良好的职业道德，保密性高。

7、较好的普通话听、说、读、写能力。

8、熟练使用办公软件和相关软件。
