【岗位职责】

1、统筹项目营运管理工作，运用市场营销思维实现从策展到销售的闭环流程管理；

2、监督和指导项目相关的展览策划及推广的日常运作，持续提升品牌知名度；

3、负责与国际国内艺术展览相关主办单位、行业商会、协会和机构的沟通、协调及广泛合作；

4、建立并持续优化线上线下的销售资源；

5、负责全面协调各部门的工作，把控并推动项目发展；

6、负责项目团队梯队搭建以及人才培养。

【任职资格】

1. 全日制本科以上学历，管理类、艺术类相关专业；
2. 至少2年以上大型场馆或商业综合体或空间运营管理经验，有美术馆、博物馆、奢侈品店、艺术展览中心等相关艺术活动行业经验的候选人优先考虑，有团队管理经验；
3. 具有时代创造性思维，逻辑清晰、执行力强，领导力优，并且具有优秀的沟通、分析判断及统筹协调能力，能优化整合资源并将艺术概念落地执行。
