岗位职责：

1、负责员工薪酬、绩效奖励、个税，社保公积金的核算及发放，以及社保公积金的缴纳、变更、保险待遇申请等工作；

2、开展绩效考核工作，统计、分析和反馈绩效考核数据，协助绩效方案的修订工作；

3、统计、分析薪酬数据，编制人工成本分析报告，跟踪人力资源预算执行情况；

4、收集和分析企业内外部各岗位薪酬水平，为公司的薪酬体系提出合理化建议；

5、办理员工入职、离职、异动、合同续签、用工备案等劳动关系事宜，协助开展新员工培训；

6、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、 学历专业：统招大专及以上学历。人力资源、心理学、工商管理相关专业；

2、 工作经验：具备2年以上薪酬绩效相关工作经验；

3、 工作技能：熟练使用Office办公软件，对数字具有较高的敏感性；

4、 有较强的时间管理能力，应变能力强，抗压能力强。
