Jr./Sr. Design managers manage all design processes within our branding and design projects from client intake to the briefing to our creative teams. However, you are also able to translate these ideas in to real design concepts yourself, mood boards, 2D and possibly 3D concepts.

设计经理（初级/高级）负责品牌战略和设计项目中的所有设计流程，包括从客户需求了解、设计简报到创意团队产出。同时，需要将客户的想法转化为实际的设计概念、氛围图、2D和3D的概念。

Main Tasks

主要职责

• Ensure the completion and delivery of high-quality design work
• 并确保设计任务高质完工及交付
• Implement a combination of conceptual and design skills, leading design direction from concept through completion
• 概念性及设计技巧，负责带领团队从产品概念到设计，并成型整过程
• Directly manage the internal creative team and contractors in the creation of on-brand, effective advertising materials to drive revenue supporting the marketing strategy while ensuring adherence to budget.
• 内部创意团队，协力市场营销策略下的公司业务，依照项目预算负责品牌创意及有效物料甄选Product design briefings and product development manager / designer
• 设计简报和产品开发经理/设计师
• Operational and process-oriented planning controller
• 营和流程为导向进行项目规划
• Developing a new collection of products

• Research relevant marketing backgrounds and create positioning
• 相关市场，明确品牌定位

Skills

技能要求

• Skilled in AI/PS/ Word/Excel/PPT, and relevant design software
• 使用AI/PS/ Word/Excel/PPT, 以及相关的设计软件
• Good spoken/written English
• 的英文口语和书写
• A devoted, passionate designer who is sensitive to the clients’ needs, budgets and deadlines and has the ability to direct and inspire excellence in a team
• 设计，并全心投入，对客户需求、项目预算以及交货期有敏感度，有带领和激发团队创作的能力

• Known design institute
• 设计学校毕业
• 3-5 years experiences in International working environment
• 5年外企工作经验
• This person must be both creative and organized, open-minded and willing to explore new ideas
• 的创新能力与组织力，能集思广益，乐于探索新的想法
• Good portfolio of product / graphic / brand design
• 制作优秀产品设计、平面设计、品牌设计作品集的能力
• Clear understanding of luxury and premium branding for bags/accessories
• 侈/高奢品牌有一定了解
• Team leading experiences
• 团队经验
• No 9-5 mentality
• 受非固定工作时间
• Willingness to travel 可接受出差
