Canfield Scientific, Inc. is seeking a fluent speaker of Mandarin and English with good communication skills willing to join a small team in Southern China to support a specialized global imaging organization.The right candidate will be willing to work hard, travel to study sites in China for training and support and interface with a larger team in the USA to provide excellent support to our customers. Employee would learn a lot about managing clinical studies and work with clients based in China and around the world.

ESSENTIAL TASKS:

The Clinical Coordinator/Technical Support Associate is responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:

? Works with Canfield’s Clinical Services Project Teams in the US providing Tier-1 technical support for clinical study imaging systems

? Troubleshoots software, hardware, and network issues for systems

on-site at Investigator Sites/Hospitals

? Completes software updates and upgrades remotely for field- deployed systems

? Responsible for supporting Canfield’s Clinical Project Teams and

ensuring that images and data captured at local Investigator sites are processed timely and accurately

? Assists with applicable study initiation procedures including, but not limited to, the following:

o Coordinating Investigative Site shipments

o Managing study equipment and supplies throughout the lifecycle of the study

o Creating and presenting training materials to Investigative

Sites

o Participating in Investigator Meetings

? Assists Clinical Project Teams in maintaining compliance with all aspects of the photographic/imaging protocol and according to Canfield's Standard Operating Procedures and study specific Work Instructions

? Communicates with the Sponsor/CRO/Investigative Sites with all

means of communication, including: messaging, email, phone calls, etc.)

? Trains Investigative Site personnel on photographic/imaging procedures via web/phone or on‐site visits

? Maintains access to Canfield’s Clinical Services Website by the

Investigative Site, Sponsor and CRO personnel

? Assists with study close-out procedures and retrieval of equipment

The Clinical Coordinator/Technical Support Associate performs other duties as assigned. The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

REQUIREMENTS:

? Bachelor’s degree or at least two (2) years applicable work experience

? Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting Windows based

applications, networking issues, and hardware peripherals

? Experience in working with internal and external clients, analyzing needs, identifying potential issues, and following through with solutions

? Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25%

? Fluent in Mandarin and English

? Good oral and written communication skills
