1、负责销售数据的收集汇总、合同/订单整理；

2、订单的跟进处理，收到订单后，与采购部门人员进行价格咨询；

3、接收到业务员的物料查询价格或新物料订单时，与采购员联系、询价等；

4、提交新物料的询价表、确认到货日期；

5、确认价格后，上报总监批准，按公司标准文件发出报价单给客户；

6、确认客户接收到报价单（电话或邮件），知会销售人员客户已经收到报价单；

7、接收到客户订单后，做好销售出货单，领导审批，交给物流部备货；

8、货物发出后，要对接货物流通情况，以及货物所存在退换货事宜；

9、与客户确认月帐单，跟进收款。

任职资格 ：

1、 本科以上学历，英语、市场营销、国际经济与贸易专业；英语口语流利，四六级以上；

2、 熟悉office软件，熟悉SAP软件使用经验优先；

2、 有销售助理内勤经验，对销售管理流程熟悉；

3、 具有较好的沟通和协调能力，性格开朗，工作细心，有责任心；

4、 有较强的抗压能力。
