Responsibilities

 

- Manage project staff itinerary based on client’s schedule

- Project staff resource management

- Project related deliverables quality control   

- Identify non-compliance issues based on procedure & guidance, and do further assessment based on facts

- Communicate with project manager to update the project status or any issues

- Prepare reports and analysis requested by client

- Stay smart and flexible to deal with project changes

- Project expense control and analysis

Requirements

 

- Bachelor’s degree holder

- High integrity required and have ability to meet challenging milestones within time, cost and quality constraints

- Ability to work efficiently and deliver pragmatic and high-quality outcomes

- Ability to communicate with impact in an open, honest, consistent and clear manner

- Smart and flexible when dealing with project changes

- Driven and resilient to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve the goals of the projects

- Being a team player with the ability to deliver projects and work within integrated, multidisciplinary project teams

- Fluent writing and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
