QE responsibilities:

  

1. To provide leadership to the QE team for quality issue improvement with related people as QE role in quality engineering and new product introduction

2. To resolve process related issues and customer complaints using effective quality tools and methods to improve customer satisfaction level

3. To lead QE in new product introduction to meet quality requirements such as D/PFMEA, Control plan, safety quality risk and reliability evaluation, etc as well as to ensure phase validation and phase change by means of checklist

4. To provide methods to improve product quality, design and manufacturing processes since new products introduction

5. To develop and manage quality programs to achieve KPIs

6. To provide clearly quality specification or requirements to IQC/PQC/OQC and production line leader/team so that they can obey the quality standard to conduct quality issues handling

            

 RMA responsibilities:

  

1. To provide leadership to RMA team to ensure customer satisfaction as well as to lead the team to achieve customers’ requirements and KPIs

2. To analyze customer returns and to organize meetings with relevant departments and cross functions to provide timely corrective action reports

3. To work with relevant departments such as CS/Sales/Warehouse/Finance/Production/PE on the return of battery packs back from customer site to TWS for sorting/rework/scrap

4. To provide leadership to IQC and SQE team to promote supplier development programs as well as new product introduction

5. To maintain good working relationship with cross functions and departments to resolve customer related issues to enhance product quality

6. To manage and improve RMA dppm for key customers

7. To prepare weekly/monthly/QBR reports

8.  To involve in customer visit and audit

任职要求

  1)   Fluent Korean & Chinese speaking, reading & writing, basic English 

  2)   Solid Lean Six Sigma experience 

  3)   Extensive experience in lithium battery industry and be able to solve sophisticated quality issues.

  4)   This person has to be very proficient in Failure analysis especially for lithium pack. 

  5)   Need to have strong engineering background

  6)   Have sufficient experience to lead the team. 

  7)   Very proactive consciousness to serve with customer and have the ability to leverage with internal team for improvement. 

  8)   Over 10 years of quality engineering experience. 

  9)   Be familiar with SPC skill and 8D analytical method. 

  10)  Flexible to handle customer complaints 

  11)  Strict to control new products development phase change and tracking quality issue improvement
