工作职责：
1、负责公司零售店铺铺管理，员工销售技能指导，店长管理技巧指导，商品陈列管理、物价管理、道具管理、安全卫生管理，维护良好的购物环境；
2、销售计划跟进落实，配合制定年度、季度、月度销售计划；
3、落实商品换季和补货工作，跟进营销活动、大型公关和促销活动的宣传、落实和效果反馈；
4、负责导购员基本行为规范、销售技能、考勤、排班、休假等管理工作；
5.控制失货、人工成本、店铺定编，确保店铺整体服务质量；
6.店铺商场的活动、分析其他品牌市场动向，及时向公司反馈相关信息；
7.针对销售提出应对措施，做好新开店铺前场地确认、市场销售数据预算；
8.员工薪资计算（非专业统计） ；
9.人才培养与储备，员工招聘和培训计划。
岗位要求：
1、具有良好的职业道德和职业素养，形象气质良好；
2、大专及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业优先考虑；
3、2年以上零售业卖场营运管理经验；
4、较强的沟通、协调、管理及培训下属的能力，具有团队合作精神；
5、熟悉卖场业务操作流程，具备一定的货品陈列和销售管理知识，具备较高的服务意识。
