工作时间和地点：珠江新城华夏路16号，广州柏悦酒店，做五休二 9:00-18:00

包工作餐

岗位职责：

1.负责酒店客房网络的维护工作，以及网络系统的调试升级

2.帮助住店客人解决上网问题，确保客人接入互联网畅通

岗位要求：

1. 大专以上学历，了解网络工作原理，有CCNA证书者优先。上岗前公司将提供培训；

2. 较强的沟通协作能力，对内能与各部门顺畅协作，对外能保持良好的客户关系；

3. 具有良好的服务意识，尽***努力为客户/住店客人妥善解决网络故障/问题；

4. 英语读写说良好者优先。
