Job Responsibilities:

/ Ability to write effective, compelling project briefs, presentations and proposals

  了解并分析客户需求，并提出方案观点及建议，并协助上级进行提案工作

/ Work out creative ideas pro-actively, lead event project from pitching to event execution

  与创意团队紧密协作，协助活动的策划案、执行方案的撰写，并细化具体的执行流程

/ Confident in leading a small and medium-sized multifunctional team to plan and execute projects

  独立带领团队完成中小型活动类项目，或在大体量项目中进行部分版块的活动内容输出与执行工作

/ Strong and efficient communication with clients to make sure requirements are fulfilled

  高效沟通并合理调配内外部各方资源，把握项目进度和监控产品质量，确保客户需求得到满足

/ Supporting to Build the key accounts and develop new business

  维护固定客户关系，保持与客户间的良好、长期、和谐的合作氛围，并发现、挖掘与客户的长期深度合作的商业机会

/ Support to demonstrate financial responsibility through effective proposal costing, budget development and management, and timely billing reconciliations

  协助项目执行过程中的财务进度管理和预算管理控制，并随时反馈相关问题

Requirements & Qualifications:

/ Minimum 5 years' account service and project management experience, TMT industry experience is a plus

  5年以上客户对接和项目管理相关工作经验，科技媒体通信行业经验优先

/ Excellent communication and project management skill

  出色的沟通能力及项目管理能力

/ Detail-Oriented, proactive with well-organized personality, can work under high pressure

  注重细节，认真负责，可以很好的融入团队，抗压能力强

/ Live Marketing / Event Experience highly suggested

  有线上/线下活动经验

/ Fluent in spoken & writing English is preferred

  中英文书写与口语流利的优先考虑
