岗位职责：

1、 熟悉阿里排名规则，能独立负责管理阿里巴巴国际站平台的运营，包括产品的推广、发布、上架、信息更新，优化关键词等；

2、负责收集、分析市场行业数据，分析产品主要关键词并整理关键词表，制定推广计划（P4P直通车、主动海外营销等）；

3、客户询盘及订单跟进及时回复、解答客户的疑问或咨询，提高客户满意度，保持账号好评率及回复率；

4、负责商铺营销方案的制定和执行，根据公司下达的营销目标，制定商铺的年度、季度、月度工作计划；

5、定期监控数据并对营销数据、交易数据进行统计分析；

6、参与商铺整理规划、营销、客户关系管理等工作；

7、上级安排的其它工作；

在职资格：

1. 英语4级以上，大专及以上学历；

2、勤奋细心，有很强的责任心、进取心，有很好的团队协作精神；

3、有独立思考的能力和较强的学习接收能力；能够承受较大的工作压力；

4、熟悉外贸领域跟单流程及客户沟通技巧者优先；
