岗位职责：
1、 在销售总部领导下，和各部门密切配合，科学而有效的分析并完成产品销售任务，提升市场占比；
2、负责所辖区域内市场的开拓、客户的开发与管理以及销售渠道的维护；
3、制定销售策略、实施计划、销售模式以及促销方案的制定；
4、负责所辖区域内的产品线的设定，产品零售价、标价的制订，整体价格体系的维护；
5、负责预算、确认渠道客户的各项费用，及时对账、催款；
6、销售情况的及时汇总、汇报并提出合理建议。
7、严格遵守各项规章制度，并做好销售人员日常管理，招募、选择、培训、调配以及业绩评估等工作；
8、搜集竞争者情报， 营销范围的把握与市场现状调查，并做好销售目标与定额的设订和管理
任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历，市场营销或经济、管理类相关专业优先；
2、具有1年以上家居建材行业的销售经理经验者优先，对家居建材行业渠道运作、市场销售有较强理解者尤佳；
3、吃苦耐劳，有较强的工作责任心和团队协作精神；
4、Office办公软件运用熟练；
5、能力优秀者可适当放宽要求。
