Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Under the leadership of Senior Planning Manager to manage a sub-planning team in the Sourcing Liaison Office to ensure the assigned both bulk and sample orders of adidas are delivered according or exceeding customer expectations targeting the highest delivery performance indicators.


Key Responsibilities:
? Work with the team to manage the entire planning process for the assigned product categories and factory(s) to ensure that orders are delivered according to (or exceeding) customer expectations and with the best possible LO and factory performance.
? Continuously enhance key performance indicators for all assigned factories.
? Closely work with all counterparts to continually improve the quality of communication (in regards to order planning, production, Labelling &Packing, shipping arrangement, etc) and provide efficient and effective solutions to the changing demands from the customers.
? Coach the assigned team and lead them on continuous improvement to ensure: (1) all sourced products are planned and delivered according to customer demands; (2) overall planning process, priorities, policies, and standards are executed with the voice of the Customer in mind; (3) factory relationship is well maintained; and (4) services level and skills are continuously upgraded.
? Play a key contributing role in representing LO Planning team to support planning tools/systems implementation or projects/processes enhancement for both bulk and sample from initial planning to rollout.
? Play as the super user for main Planning systems in the team and provide timely support when team or factories face system problems.
? Support Senior Manager to provide appropriate training and support to both existing and new suppliers and teammates targeting execution and delivery excellence.
? Embrace changes and provide required support to new business integration according to company objectives.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
? Master all necessary systems which support Planning and Deliveries.
? Supply chain planning skills.
? Management skills.


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
? Professional on supply chain/logistics/international trading rules.
? Demonstrated capability of analysis and fast reacting.
? Expressed good experience in team management.
? 5+ years’ experience in Sourcing/Planning is mandatory.
? Knowledge of Accessories & Gear products is recommended.
? Handling efficiently PC software is mandatory.
? Bachelor degree or above

Remark: The role is for maternity leave cover of 8 months.
