Orange Creatives, China's oldest foreign design company is looking for a sales person for OC's product design services. You will work in a multi cultural environment and you can be based either in Guangzhou or Ningbo.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Timely and accurately record the company's business transactions;

2. Handled account affairs, sorted out wrong accounts and disorderly book keeping;

3. Audit and fill various internal accounting vouchers, budget control;

4. Responsible for the preparation and entry of accounting vouchers, including receipt and payment and expense reimbursement;

6. Responsible for checking the monthly current account and checking the receivables and payables;

7. Check the detailed accounts and balances of bank deposits and cash with the cashier every month;

8. Responsible for accounting, analysis and document tracking of the company's purchase, sale and storage;

9. Responsible for the review and reimbursement of expenses of relevant departments, budget implementation, information feedback and analysis;

10. Handled the company's accounting and budget analysis

11. Carry out cost management, do a good job in cost accounting and control, and regularly compile cost analysis reports

12. Organized and participated in the inventory and inventory work of all kinds of goods in stock, and took charge of accounting treatment of inventory gains and inventory losses

13. Other work arranged by the leader.

岗位职责：

1、及时准确地记录公司业务往来；

2、进行帐务处理，整理错账、乱账，

3、审核和录入内部各类会计凭单，预算控制；

4、负责编制及录入记账凭证，包括收付款及费用报销等；

6、负责核对每月的往来帐，核对应收应付往来款；；

7、每月与出纳核对银行存款和现金明细账和余额；

8、负责公司进销存的核算、分析、单据跟踪等工作;

9、负责相关部门费用的审核报销及费用预算执行、信息反馈及分析；

10、处理公司会计核算及预算完成情况分析

11、开展成本管理工作，做好成本的核算和控制，定期编制成本分析报表

12、组织并参与各项库存商品的清查盘点工作，对盘盈、盘亏进行账务处理

13、领导安排的其他工作。

Skills:

1. College degree or above in finance or accounting.

2. More than 2 years of financial accounting experience;

3. Good learning ability, independent working ability and financial analysis ability;

4. work carfully, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit.

5. Knowledge of English is preferred

6. Knowledge of Microsoft NAV system is a plus

职位要求：

1、财务、会计专业大专以上学历，

2、有财务会计工作经历2年以上；

3、良好的学习能力、独立工作能力和财务分析能力；

4、工作细致，责任感强，良好的沟通能力、团队精神。

5、懂英语者优先考虑

6、懂微软NAV系统优先考虑

Salary:

• base salary 6000-6500RMB工资：

工资6000-6500元
