1、负责30万方，团队150-200人左右的保洁、保安及行政、会务等IFM服务管理；

2、理解合同条款、服务范围和顾客期望的具体内容 ，努力满足客户需求；根据合同规定，平衡和管理客户期望；

3、有效调配资源，合理控制成本，满足或超越合同要求；

4、同客户、顾客紧密合作以保持顾客满意度。根据详细的工作计划，收集、理解和满足客户期望；

5、制定客户业务计划，从而为客户建立积极主动的战略目标；

6、执行索迪斯客户政策、业务流程和标准，确保所有客户业务符合规定；

7、建立流程/绩效管理方法，在质量控制、安全、成本和顾客满意度方面进行追踪、分析并提供报告；

8、指导服务团队解决营运中出现的问题和挑战（在解决问题和制定决定时，发挥领导作用，确保问题和挑战得以解决）；

9、与全体员工建立及时、有效的沟通，从而建设强有力的双赢关系。

岗位要求：

1、大专及以上学历，具有相关工作经验5年以上，男女不限；

2、具备较好的电脑使用能力，如：excel、word、PPT等；

3、维护客户关系，建立积极有效地互动关系； 

4、具备处理紧急事件&投诉等经验，能有效控制现场投诉率的能力；

5、工作态度积极主动，能吃苦，工作认真仔细，有团队协作意识；

6、有创新意识，能带领团队不断服务创新，提升客户满意度；

7、具备丰富的管理经验，能分享管理经验并带教现场管理团队，促使整个管理团队的能力项提升

8、有财务数据分析能力，能及时发现并调整营运过程中的偏差，有效控制财务数据的合理性。

9、有电池厂、芯片厂、化妆品工厂、食品工厂、日企相关行业工作经验优先。了解洁净生产车间的工作要求，会基础英语，有日语能力者更佳 ；

10、英语熟练或日语熟练优先，
