  Responsibilities:

（The job will include but not limited to:）

1、负责全球供应商的开发以及关系维护，完成公司规定的供应商和产品开发数量和覆盖范围，完善供应商档案及供应商合同；

1. Supplier development and relationship management.

  

2、负责与供应商合作方式的谈判和沟通，针对具体项目选择最优的合作方式；

2. In charge of communication and negotiation with supplier and optimize cooperation regarding concerned projects.

  

3、负责产品采购计划、订单管理等相关事宜，完成日常的系统操作和报表汇总跟进；

3. In charge of product procurement plans and order management.

  

4、协助各部门与供应商之间的沟通，从供应链管理角度保障与供应商合作的顺畅进行；

4. Good communication ability & coordinates between internal teamwork and outside suppliers.

  

5、定期收集、记录、反馈供应商的需求和意见；

5. Collect, record and feed back supplier's requirements and suggestions on a regular basis.

  

6、严格审核订单关键条款，控制问题订单的产生，以保障订单如期执行并发货；
 6. Good control of the contract and order execution.

  

7、接受并按时完成公司或上级领导分派的各项临时或常规性工作。

7. Accept and complete the tasks assigned by supervisor on time.

  

Qualifications：

1、大学本科及以上学历，药学、分析化学、药物分析、国际贸易或相关专业；

1. Bachelor degree or above, pharmacy, analytical chemistry, drug analysis，international trade and related fields.

  

2、1年以上医药公司国际采购及相关工作经验者优先；

2. More than 1 years in international procurement and related work experience in pharma industry.

  

3、熟悉国际贸易流程，了解相关国际法、公约、政策及国际惯例；

3. Familiar with international trade process, practices.

  

4、良好的英语口语和写作能力；

4. Good command in both spoken and written English.

  

5、出色的谈判能力、良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力；

5. Good negotiation abilities and great communication skills.

  

6、责任心强,有良好的组织协调能力和团队合作精神；

6. Strong sense of responsibility, and good at coordinate and team work spirit.

  

7、能接受短期国外、国内出差；

7. Overseas and domestic business trips are must.
