• Familiar with ceramic products and business, oversee and manage all sourcing projects to assure to be launched in a time manner. Maintain competitive suppliers base.
• 2 years or above sourcing, purchasing and supervision or equivalent project management experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, and flexible to constantly change schedule and priorities.
• Good teamwork spirit, detail orientated, outcome focused and able to do multi-task in a fast paced, stressful environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English is preferred.
• Frequent travel will be needed.
• Experience in a sizable sourcing office for overseas retailer is preferred.
