Responsibility:


Responsible for the checking of all export bills and all letters of credit issued.
Acquire and maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all trade finance related products and of those policies and procedures necessary to respond appropriately to customer requirements, and to provide direction and where necessary training to subordinates.
Management of a B/F system to ensure that all trade finance related revenues are collected in a prompt and timely manner.
Check and/or authorize transactions within approved limits to ensure a high level of processing accuracy.
Maintain all negotiable items, stamps, keys and combinations consigned to custody in accordance with Bank regulations and within assigned limits.
Maintain close contact with the Branch Manager and the Assistant Manager - Trade Finance and keep them up-to-date as regards to customer activities, volumes, business opportunities, etc.
Contribute to Branch profitability by ensuring the Trade Finance Department is operating effectively, efficiently and reliably, alongside with other departments and working with them as a team in meeting all business requirements of the Branch.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

University graduate in Finance or relevant disciplines.
At least 3 years working experiences and knowledge of Trade Finance/C,Foreign Exchange Markets and Trading Regulations.
Command of spoken & written English communication skill;
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and under pressure;
High level energy, commitment and a strong sense of teamwork required to succeed in this role.
