工作职责：
1、根据公司提供的资源通过公司的电话平台对客户的需求进行挖掘和分析；
2、结合公司产品的特点通过公司的电话平台给客户提供最适合的保险产品服务，达成销售业绩；
3、通过公司的电话平台对客户进行跟踪回访，解答客户的疑问，做好客户关系维护。

招聘条件：
1、大专学历，20岁以上，条件优秀者可放宽年龄、学历要求；
2、有销售、客服工作经验者优先，接受优秀应届生；
3、普通话粤语标准，表达清晰流利，有强烈的事业进取心及企图心；
4、具有一定的计算机应用知识和技能、打字速度达到30个字/分钟，具备一定保险业务知识者优先；

2、薪资结构：无责任底薪（1500~5000元）+勤工奖500元+餐费补贴200元+提成+业绩奖金+续期奖金，
2011年人均月收入5846.19元，最高月收入为44129.57元；其中有16％的人年收入超过12万。
