-Build Operational Excellence capability in the business through Coaching, practicing and Gemba with purpose, Develop the OE system and deliver the site strategy and accountable for the site level performance.
-Drive the Operation strategy deployment process, organize SLT for goal setting/goal translation, support each function/area to set up the balance score card and KPI performance board at each level.
-Lead day to day deployment of Tier accountability process as well as related improvement activities.
-Embed Lean & Six Sigma systems to sustain a culture of improvement.
-Lead and facilitate Continuous Improvement projects to deliver results linked to strategic objectives (Dedicated to Excellence). Ensure thorough engagement of all stakeholders to deliver agreed projects on time, on cost with sustained benefits.
-Deliver business critical projects as required.
-Implement Internal & External communication system.
-Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
职位要求：
-Bachelor degree/above, in Scientific or Engineering Discipline
-7 years working experience, including 4+ years working experience in Good Manufacturing Practices & other relevant regulations & guidelines experience
-Strong knowledge and the ability to use and teach relevant lean tools/concepts, such as VSM, TQM, Standardized Work, KAIZEN, A3 Management, PDCA, Problem Solving, etc.
-Delivered Operational Excellence related training on regular basis. Experience with the preparation of training materials and running simulations.
-Demonstrated hands-on “Gemba” problem solving (going to the workplace, looking at the details) and coaching ability.
-Certified Black Belt Preferred. Successful delivery of minimum 2 Black Belt project management Experience with leading cross-functional teams.
-Significant professional experience in Operations/ Quality/ Engineering/ Project Management.
-Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing process and GMP requirement
-Change management skill and Continuous improvement mindset
-Strong presentation skill to train and coach others
