l Develop brewery Lean total productive maintenance, objective, implementation
master plan and deployment plan, which are aligned with brewery strategy.
l Deploy Lean TPM activities in the factory against the goals or plans.
l Lead the process for proper selection prioritization of high-value projects
l Work with teams in factory to identify cost improvement opportunities and provide
mentorship, management, and performance review.
l Assist in regular inspections to identify EHS concerns and develop and implement
action plans to eliminate EHS problems at source.
l Master production processes and continuously provide improvement measures to the Plant.
The Incumbent
l Bachelor Degree or above,Major in engineering preferred
l 5 years or above working experience, 2 years or above in lean function experience.
l Proactive and highly adaptable to change.
l Good skills in project management, people engagement, change management.
l Good skills in communications and negotiation.
l Proficient in English.
